RUFY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUFY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P8, RNU6-355P, and MIR7702. Each is linked with RUFY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY1-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P8 grouped by RUFY1-low versus RUFY1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUFY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUFY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
