RUBCNL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUBCNL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,107 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUBCNL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIM, ZYX, and STK4. Each is linked with RUBCNL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUBCNL-to-partner and partner-to-RUBCNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUBCNL versus VIM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUBCNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUBCNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
