Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUBCNL RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RUBCNL data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RUBCNL RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUBCNL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RUBCNL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
