RUBCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUBCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,435 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUBCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASA2, DVL3, and YEATS2. Each is linked with RUBCN in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUBCN-to-partner and partner-to-RUBCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUBCN versus RASA2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUBCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUBCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
