RUBCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUBCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,315 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUBCN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACAP2, UBXN7, and PAK2. Each is linked with RUBCN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUBCN-to-partner and partner-to-RUBCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUBCN versus ACAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUBCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUBCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
