Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUBCN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,279 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUBCN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RUBCN_S410, STK10, and TNFAIP8. Each is linked with RUBCN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUBCN-to-partner and partner-to-RUBCN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUBCN versus RUBCN_S410 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUBCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUBCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
