RUBCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUBCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUBCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, C1orf174, and RANBP1P1. Each is linked with RUBCN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUBCN-to-partner and partner-to-RUBCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POC1A grouped by RUBCN-low versus RUBCN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUBCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUBCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
