Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUBCN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUBCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, PCNA, and AMPK_pT172. Each is linked with RUBCN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUBCN-to-partner and partner-to-RUBCN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by RUBCN-low versus RUBCN-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUBCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUBCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
