Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,904 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, RN7SL299P, and HMGB1P44. Each is linked with RTP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP5-to-partner and partner-to-RTP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
