Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,506 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PARP14, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with RTP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP4-to-partner and partner-to-RTP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTP4 versus PSMB10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
