Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,597 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMPK2, SP100, and IFIT3. Each is linked with RTP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP4-to-partner and partner-to-RTP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTP4 versus CMPK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
