Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Rab25. Each is linked with RTP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP4-to-partner and partner-to-RTP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by RTP4-low versus RTP4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
