RTP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,677 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with RTP4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP4-to-partner and partner-to-RTP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Antigen processing and presentation grouped by RTP4-low versus RTP4-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
