RTP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL794P, EXOSC1, and CRX. Each is linked with RTP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP3-to-partner and partner-to-RTP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL794P grouped by RTP3-low versus RTP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
