RTN4R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN4R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,215 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, RANBP1, and PURA. Each is linked with RTN4R in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4R-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN4R versus TBC1D2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4R→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
