RTN4R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTN4R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,434 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Neuronal signal transduction. Each is linked with RTN4R in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4R-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure grouped by RTN4R-low versus RTN4R-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4R→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
