Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED19, CPSF7, and MRPL49. Each is linked with RTN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN3-to-partner and partner-to-RTN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN3 versus MED19 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
