RTN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,181 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1_S352, RTN1_S487, and EVL. Each is linked with RTN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN1 versus RTN1_S352 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
