Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,094 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM6SF1, GAB3, and PRKCB. Each is linked with RTN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RTN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN1 versus TM6SF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
