RTN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,937 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL5, ABI2, and CACNA2D1. Each is linked with RTN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN1 versus RTL5 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
