Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,750 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen. Each is linked with RTN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RTN1 results are reported.
