RTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5H6, SLC32A1, and ZNF479. Each is linked with RTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5H6 grouped by RTN1-low versus RTN1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
