RTL8C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL8C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,810 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL8C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL8A, RTL8B, and FAM3A. Each is linked with RTL8C in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8C-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL8C versus RTL8A in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
