Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL8C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,541 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL8C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL8B, CD99L2, and SMIM10. Each is linked with RTL8C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8C-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL8C versus RTL8B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
