RTL8C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL8C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL8C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, eIF4G, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with RTL8C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8C-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by RTL8C-low versus RTL8C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
