RTL8C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL8C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,237 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL8C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL8A, RTL8B, and FLNA. Each is linked with RTL8C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8C-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL8C versus RTL8A in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
