Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL8C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,734 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL8C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to vacuole involved in autophagy, Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, and Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly. Each is linked with RTL8C in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8C-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8C results are reported.
