Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8088, OR6K3, and PSMA3P1. Each is linked with RTL8B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8B-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
