Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01872 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01872 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01872 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC01872 RNA expression shows 5,885 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THYM, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01872 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
