Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,587 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, PCOLCE, and RSU1. Each is linked with RTL5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL5-to-partner and partner-to-RTL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL5 versus HDGFL3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
