RTL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIRBP-AS1, RN7SL134P, and BTBD6. Each is linked with RTL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL3-to-partner and partner-to-RTL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIRBP-AS1 grouped by RTL3-low versus RTL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
