Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, PBOV1, and CBY1. Each is linked with RTL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL3-to-partner and partner-to-RTL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL2 grouped by RTL3-low versus RTL3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
