RTL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,305 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTEL1, CABIN1, and ZFYVE26. Each is linked with RTL10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL10-to-partner and partner-to-RTL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
