RTL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,573 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDHD5, MICAL3, and XRCC5. Each is linked with RTL10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL10-to-partner and partner-to-RTL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
