Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,024 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR6, ADGRE5, and KCNA2. Each is linked with RTL10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL10-to-partner and partner-to-RTL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
