Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-988P, OR9I3P, and SULT6B1. Each is linked with RTL10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL10-to-partner and partner-to-RTL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
