Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, A-Raf_pS299, and Gab2. Each is linked with RTL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL10-to-partner and partner-to-RTL10 results are reported.
