Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-3 and SMIM23. Each is linked with RTL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL10-to-partner and partner-to-RTL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
