Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,276 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPXM1, QKI, and FAP. Each is linked with RTL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL1 versus CPXM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
