Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, MIG-6, and ASNS. Each is linked with RTL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by RTL1-low versus RTL1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
