Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 794 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of transferase activity, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with RTL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by RTL1-low versus RTL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
