Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS54, C14orf180, and MCHR2. Each is linked with RTF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF2-to-partner and partner-to-RTF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS54 grouped by RTF2-low versus RTF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
