Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSRP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSRP1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher RSRP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSRP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and SKCM are the cancer types where RSRP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
