RSRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,266 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEF1, PPIF, and PPP1R12C. Each is linked with RSRP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSRP1 versus PEF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
