Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,538 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP152, APBA3, and SRSF2. Each is linked with RSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRP1 results are reported.
