RSRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P19, OR4M1, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with RSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P19 grouped by RSRP1-low versus RSRP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
