Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, BRD4, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with RSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRP1 results are reported.
