Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,094 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with RSRP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRP1 results are reported.
