RSRC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,468 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, SRSF9, and PTPN11. Each is linked with RSRC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRC2-to-partner and partner-to-RSRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSRC2 versus SIN3A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
