RSRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,990 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATR, MRPS22, and COPB2. Each is linked with RSRC1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRC1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSRC1 versus ATR in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
